Juniper Framing Studio

Located inside of AUGUST, Juniper Framing Studio provides services for most of your framing needs.

Jennifer Nowak

Through a culmination of 30 years of experience in picture framing, raising a family, and teaching art, Jennifer has opened her own framing studio. Her career started at Mack Avenue Framing in Detroit in the early 90's where she cultivated her skills and honed her craft in frame restoration.

While taking a short break from picture framing to raise her two daughters, she continued to stay active and teach various art classes at different studios and community centers. Her passion for to work in the field became available after moving to Petoskey and she started working as a custom picture framer immediately.

After years of working at a handful of different shops in the area, her dream of owning her own frame shop came to fruition near the end of 2024 and thus opened Juniper Framing Studio! It's been a great journey and she looks forward to taking care of your picture framing and frame restoration needs.
